How it Works:
- Client Consultation: A meeting to get introduced, get a feel for the support you need, and align you with the best Advisor.
- Advisor Introduction: Introduction meeting between you and your Advisor to set the onboarding schedule.
- Onboarding Sessions: Sessions between you and your Advisor to better understand your business and its leaders.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) Introductions: Introduction meetings with relevant SMEs based on information gathered during onboarding.
- Ongoing support: Continuous access to our team, with monthly newsletter updates on progress and KPIs that show the tangible results delivered.
Subject Matter Experts
Each month, you receive exclusive access to our subject matter experts. You can use these hours in a variety of ways: 1:1 meetings, working sessions, and more. Our experts are well-versed in a variety of areas across technology and business.
Hands-On Services
In addition to access to our experts, you have a bucket of hours to use on our hands-on services. Working with your Advisor and team, we allocate additional talent to support and deliver on your specific needs.

Insights Letter
Each month, you receive a tailored "insights letter" containing an overview of the outcomes from the month, reports and articles relevant to your business and industry, and a summary of insights based on the topics we discussed.
