Alex Castro
CEO, Co-Founder
As 11:59’s Co-Founder & Chairman of the Board, Alex personifies the core values of commitment, integrity, collaboration, curiosity, and respect through his hard-working and supportive nature. For over 30 years, he has pushed the art of the possible in data management. From making better decisions, outlined in his best-selling book Measure, Execute, Win!, to the role of automation in today’s world, Alex is adept at communicating how advances such as AI will drive the future of digital transformation.
Chuck Czajkowski
Co-Founder
As a founder of 11:59, Chuck has been working for the past 20 years in IT professional services helping public sector clients achieve the ‘art of the possible’. He has worked extensively in the public health space with an emphasis on immunization technology practices. Chuck has worked with CDPH’s Immunization Branch on and off for over 15 years and has helped guide 11:59’s projects through the pandemic in support the branch’s response to the COVID-19 crisis.
He has also led several projects directly for the CDC including assessments of multiple states IISs from a technology and operations perspective.
Chuck and his wife, Marcia, live in the Sacramento area with their two children. Chuck also enjoys live music and tinkering with his vinyl record collection.
Patrick Tan
Chief Operating Officer
As 11:59’s Chief Operating Officer, Patrick leverages the art of the possible to drive strategic financial and operational decision-making and optimize organizational resources. His primary objectives revolve around implementing innovative financial strategies, leveraging emerging technologies, and fostering cross-functional collaborations to maximize efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth. With a track record of success in the technology industry spanning more than three decades, including his most recent role at OPSWAT, a leading provider of IT and OT cybersecurity products, Patrick brings a wealth of financial and strategic growth expertise to the team. Prior to his success in cybersecurity, Patrick held leadership roles in banking, healthcare, education, entertainment, government, and defense.
Alison Moye
Chief Transformation Officer
As 11:59’s Chief Transformation Officer, Alison spearheads the organization’s adoption and integration of new digital technologies and business models, driving growth and innovation while ensuring these changes are aligned with the firm’s overall strategies. With extensive experience in management consulting, she has guided companies within the commercial, nonprofit, and government arenas through technology transformations of all kinds. While each brought unique challenges within the areas of people, process, and technology, her organizational skills and tenacity served as a unifier to drive success.
Prior to 11:59, Alison spent 20+ years in consulting and management across Arthur Andersen, KPMG Consulting/BearingPoint, and Booz Allen Hamilton.
David Lindstrom
Chief Innovation Officer
As 11:59’s Chief Innovation Officer, David leads our R&D efforts around emerging technology and conducts client workshops focused on education of the latest technology trends and how they can be leveraged to unlock new business value. He leads the collaboration across 11:59’s practice areas to ensure we maintain a future-friendly perspective on the solutions delivered to our clients. One of David’s key goals for 11:59 is to develop and foster an internal culture of curiosity and excitement around innovation and emerging tech.
Previously, David spent 11 years at Deloitte Digital, where he led digital transformations for public and private sector clients and spearheaded the development of proprietary market-facing solutions.
Tim Collinson
Chief Technology Officer
As 11:59’s Chief Technology Officer, Tim assumes responsibility for guiding technical direction and investments, directing solution development, formulating technology go-to-market strategy, and overseeing implementation services in the realms of cloud computing, cybersecurity, application development, and data analytics.
With an extensive background spanning over two decades in technology development and consulting, Tim brings invaluable experience to his role. His previous position as a Solutions Executive at TEKsystems underscores his proficiency in steering business solutions through software architecture. In this capacity, Tim consistently pursued a strategic objective of crafting software solutions that not only address current requirements but also propel client organizations towards a future marked by innovation.
Diane Malefyt
Chief Revenue Officer
As 11:59’s Chief Revenue Officer, Diane spearheads the development and execution of forward-thinking sales strategies that prioritize innovation and transformation. With more than 20 years in technical strategy and business transformation, she excels at leveraging innovative technologies, like GenAI, to drive exceptional customer experiences and business outcomes.
Diane’s expertise includes executing go-to-market plans, streamlining processes, and developing specialized vertical practices. Her effective leadership in managing organizational change, overseeing global partner operations, and fostering strong channel alliances is well-established. Additionally, her knowledge of AWS technologies and her strategic, customer-oriented approach significantly contribute to 11:59’s ongoing success in the AWS cloud domain and beyond, ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional professional and managed services.

As 11:59’s Chief Marketing Officer, Mary’s primary focus is to shape 11:59’s brand and identity, ensuring the company vision is accurately and effectively communicated across all channels. Additionally, Mary plays an active role in driving the company’s growth initiatives by seeking out opportunities to promote 11:59’s services while aligning all marketing efforts with the company’s overall strategic objectives.
Prior to 11:59, Mary held several executive leadership positions across a range of technology sectors, including VP of Business Development and Communications at AppSheet and Head of Marketing for Google Cloud AppSheet.
